The free week
The first time you open a puzzle, Nine offers 7 days free. Nothing is charged when the week ends: you only pay if you choose to unlock Nine.
Restore a purchase
Usually Nine finds your purchase on its own. If it does not, tap any puzzle (during the free week: the "Free week" line on the home screen), then "Restore purchase" at the bottom of the screen that opens. Make sure you are signed in with the account you bought it with: your Apple ID on iPhone and iPad, your Google account on Android.
Redeem a code
Got a code from us? Open the same screen, tap "I have a code", and enter it there.
Your progress
Progress, times and your streak are stored on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them too.
