What Curious Trails is
Curious Trails is an educational app with playful activities for young children, published by Made by Balthazar, Belgium.
Parents manage purchases
Purchases are made by a parent or legal guardian. In the app, plans and prices are only shown in the protected parent area.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are sold and managed through Apple, or through Google for the Android version. They renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time in the account settings of the store where you bought it.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and unlocks the full app on devices that use the same store account.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests go through them. For App Store purchases, see Request a refund from Apple.
Fair use
Curious Trails is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify or misuse the app or its content, including its illustrations, texts and audio.
Updates and availability
We keep improving Curious Trails. Updates may add, change or remove activities and features. We do our best to keep the app working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Apple’s Standard EULA
For the iOS version, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies.
